We went camping this weekend to Lake Anita State Park in Iowa. Just trying to work out the things to do list and the thing to take list. It was much too windy to get out games or the First Up tent. Did cook over the fire, but luckily they had a controlled burn that week across the road so we didn't catch anything on fire.
Had a little trouble with the BAL leveler. Had to use the bottle jack to raise the camper and get the BAL under the tire. Maybe the tire needs more air.
Gave it a bath afterwards. We plan on using the Silverado, but the threat of hail sent us out with the trailblazer.

Hello. Looks like a nice, fun weekend! I drove up to Iowa yesterday (just barely - to Lamoni) to meet my brother from Boone and have lunch. Nice day for a drive, little warm and humid for Iowa this time of year though. I guess you mised all the tornadic activity.

We had ¡Podtástic! out this weekend. I'll post more about it when I get a chance to upload photos. The weather yesterday was fantastic--88 and a bit humid, but I didn't mind a bit.
