Hi, My 3 way converter in my 2023 Rpod 171 does not work. Water does not flow to shower after switching from sink to shower. I need to replace that converter part but there is no part number for it, the dealer here in Maine will not call me back or help and I can not find the exact size I need anywhere. The ones on Amazon are too short. Has anyone have a solution? Thanks!

I'm not sure what you mean by 3 way converter. Please clarify. Pictures would help. Is this a wet bath and are you talking about a faucet with a pull rod for the shower? I don't know what makes it 3 way unless there is a shower miser also included. If there is a shower miser, is the handle in the correct position or is it still diverting water back to the tank?

Do you know the diverter isn't working?  Could the shower head be clogged?

try amazon

https://www.amazon.com/s?k=3+way+shower+diverter&crid=3OBPZP8LYYBKA&sprefix=3+way+shower+diverter%2Caps%2C105&ref=nb_sb_noss_1

also a local plumbing supply house may be helpful

You may not find the exact replacement, but there are lots of alternatives

Okay. That is the valve for a shower miser.  One position diverts water back to the fresh water tank. The other position allows water to flow to the shower head. I know because I recently installed one of them and the valve is the same.

Since it is a 2023, it should still be under warranty. Get with your dealer.

In the meantime, there are two positions. If the handle is pointed toward the female (top in your picture) end, it is in the divert position. If it is pointed toward the male(bottom in your picture) end, water should flow through the shower head. To see whether it is a valve issue, with the valve in the divert position, turn the water on. Do you hear water flowing? Turn the valve to the shower position. Does water flow?

You should also have a blue plastic section. With the valve in the divert position, turn on the hot water. Let it run. Does the blue section turn grayish-white? Turn the valve to the shower position. Does hot water flow from the shower head?

Remove the hose from the valve. Try the above test without the shower head. Does water flow when the valve is in the shower position? If so, then your shower head is clogged. If not, then see your dealer to diagnose and fix the problem.

p.s. If your dealer can't find the part, contact the makers of the ShowerMiser. https://showermiser.com/
There is a contact box on the bottom of the page. The ShowerMiser comes with a lifetime warranty.

p.p.s. After thinking about it, the factory may have reversed the connections for divert and shower. Try both ways. If there is a blue tube coming from the side, then what I wrote is correct. If the blue tube is coming from the bottom, then the factory installed the connections reversed.
