How did you adjust the rollers? Have the same issue with a pretty deep gouge. TIA

Yes, the manufacturer of the slide system is Lippert.

There is no adjustment on the rollers, the reason for the gouging is because the rollers have froze on the shaft due to lack of lubrication.  Get a penetrant (avoid products like WD-40), Schaeffers makes an excellent penetrant, Tri-Flo is another, and with the nozzle squirt both sides of the roller where it makes contact with the roller shaft and do all 3 rollers.  Get a friend to move the slide in and out while you visually look at each roller to make sure it has freed up and is now rolling as the slide moves.

Mine adjusted with a socket and rachet. I just turned it clockwise and raised it up. The roller was adjustable on mine. It wasn't frozen up, I did lube it with triflow spray, though. I will get pictures tomorrow. With the slide out deployed, I could access the adjuster from the outside, I just pulled the rubber seal down and exposed the bolt.

I see a bolt but can't see the roller from the outside (difficult even from the inside). Yes, a picture might be helpful. Thanks!

i believe its a 7/16" socket to adjust it. i turned it clockwise and watched the roller go up. i just matched the height of the other roller.
