I've used duvet covers. They make everything so much easier.

If you like to have sheets on your bed, it's easy to sew 2 flat sheets on 3 sides and slip it into the zipped together sleeping bags.
Never leave footprints behind.

Interesting question that comes up often on the rpod fb page.  Been doing this for 12 years on a 177 which is a similar scenario.  Simple start on the 'show side' by evening out sheets and bedspread and work toward the front wall, tucking in excess.  Takes less than 3 minutes and looks very professional.  However, the easy way out is to copy furpods example above and use sleeping bags.
