I have a 2019 RPOD 190 that I'm doing some mods to (mainly upgrading the converter and wiring). Inside the converter compartment, there are two 15A circuit breakers fed from the +12V bus. One goes to a 12 AWG "zip" pair (wht w/grn tracer & wht gnd). I have determined that this is the 12V feed to the powered awning, although it wasn't marked that way on the converter. The other breaker feeds a 10 AWG orange wire. There is also a 10 AWG white wire in the compartment, which I assume is the ground for this circuit.

Can anyone tell me where this 10 AWG orange wire goes? What does it power? Obviously, I can just hook it back up through a 15A breaker, but it sure would be nice if I knew where it went so I can mark it!

BTW, I'm replacing the 8 AWG wire from the battery to the converter with a pair of 4 AWG welding cables. The negative circuit will also be connected to the trailer frame for running lights, etc, but the converter will be connected to the battery by red and black 4 AWG cables. I just don't trust a single 5/16" sheet metal screw into the frame for my complete ground system!

I also discovered that my "ready for solar" wiring had approximately 35 feet of 10 AWG wire running in a roundabout path between the charge controller location and the battery. Those wires will now be connected to the + and - 4 AWG battery cables inside the converter compartment.
