I have a 2017 r-Pod 178 - love it. No leaks so far!
The 12vd/propane furnace is controlled by the electronic thermostat. I'd like to be able to run the furnace without having the roof/ceiling A/C blower on. Is there a way to do this? There does not seem to be a way on the thermostat....... I have not tried flipping the A/C breaker - and I think that would be bad practice anyway. Suggestions?

Turn your thermostat off, then select FAN mode. Now use the up/down arrows and select AUTO. Then select HEAT mode and the A/C fan unit should stay off.
It goes without saying it but the A/C fan will not run when un-plugged from shore power, so if you are 'boondocking', then you can leave the thermostat fan setting in LOW or HIGH, as well as AUTO.

Tks, podwerkz - I'll try the thermostat/fan routine.
Yes, I know dry-camping (no shore power) will work the way I want it to - I just never thought about how to get the heater to work w/o the A/C blower when hooked up to shore power! Thanks again!

Yeah I installed two 500w electric heaters to use when on shore power so the propane furnace will never be used when plugged into shore power...but I understand sometimes you do need to run the propane furnace even tho you have 30 amps of shore power available.
I believe the dometic thermostat works the way it does because some roof A/C units have heat strips for auxiliary heating when plugged in to shore power.
