Thanks I have a regular home mattress so it does not bend very easily. The two drawers on the left side open all the way out a full 17 inches and the one on the right pulls out about 12 inches.

Take a video camera or your phone to record the walk-through. There is so much information presented so quickly that being able to go back and review it will be helpful.

I put lift arms on the storage section under the bed. I know can lift it with one finger. It's so easy to lift, I was afraid it was going to open by itself, when traveling, or even when stopped. My wife wouldn't use it at first because it was so hard to lift and prop up. Now she puts all kinds of stuff in there.
