We live in central California and have not been able to find a single place that sells R.Domes. We can't even find a new one for sale on-line. We have a 2014 178 (Green & Gold) We'd sure appreciate a recommendation. Thanx

You might not realize it's NOT really called an " R Dome" . It's a dometic cabana. That's the one you want

No. I didn’t understand that. So you’re saying the Dometic A&E Cabana has the spline required to slide into the slot on the side of our R Pod? The advertisement for it only shows it used on the side of a pop-up camper.

Do a Google search for a dometic a&e cabana to expand the results. There is one made specifically for Rpods and yes, the will slide into the slot. If you go to Dometic`s website, they have a dealer locator. Or, keep an eye out here in the flea market forum, folks sell theirs occasionally

Make sure you look for a 14mm kedar rail, older ones 2009-2010 only had a narrower 9 mm kedar.
