Topic: Bretz Rv Missoula Posted: 29 Jul 2018 at 12:20pm |
We are retired and recently purchased a TT from bretz rv and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever encountered. First off our salesman Ty turned out to be a prolific liar. Before negotiations had even begun he waited until I had left the room momentarily to pressure my wife into giving him a $1000 deposit. I'd never heard of such a thing. The upselling was offensive. The service dept. rigged my parking brake light so that it stayed on while installing an electric brake, then took over two hrs to fix it. We were thrown out of some asshole billy's office because we weren't signing papers fast enough. These people are scum. They lied to us every step of the way. I removed every bretz rv sticker on the trailer and tell everyone now that we bought it in spokane. Stay away from them!

Blue Dog RV in Post Falls Idaho sure treated us like family a couple years back. Highly recommended by us to anybody out west who is looking.

We bought the R-Pod 179 2018 because it was light enough to pull with our astrovan yet very roomy.

I didn't phrase my question well.. sorry..
Why, when you found out the dealership sucked, did you go ahead and buy the Pod there?
If I go somewhere, to spend my money, and I am for much more then a moment questioning my treatment or their competency... I walk away.

I tried to get out of the deal before we wired them money which they insisted upon, but as I stated they had wrangled a $1000 deposit out of my wife when I had left the room momentarily. She through a royal fit when I said I wanted out of the deal for losing the money and wouldn't hear of it.
