Starting in Washington State and going all across the USA and back again! 
Never had a trailer before so this is going to be a real adventure for us all!

Welcome and congrats! Your plans sound fantastic just based on "long cross country adventure". You're going to love your RPod (and your adventures). And this forum is great, a huge plus to being RPodders :-)

Congratulations and welcome! We did a similar trip when we picked up our RP179. About a week after we picked it up, we took off from NC to AZ and NV to see our daughters and grandchildren. We've had some great trips and some challenges. Enjoy your RP180 and I hope you have great adventures and make many wonderful memories in the process.

Just a suggestion, try a few short outings, to get the bugs out and your feet on the ground with your trailer and TV, before you head out on the long haul.

We love our 180, despite its flaws. Tongue Best of luck!
