Are you sure the winterization bypass valves are set correctly?

As these guys mention, the 100% answer for that is bypass valves are set wrong, specifically the center valve.

Does the RPod 180 , 2017 model have a bypass valve? I looked and could not find it. Same thing happened to us this weekend, no warm water.

There is a lot of instructions on the paperwork received and there is a lot on line but it seems like it all goes in a circle. From my perspective I really would like to get to warm water. :-)
So something like; 1. plug electricity, 2. turn on propane (if it is needed, which I think it is), turn switch on in heater...etc...would very helpful.

I need to do this correctly in two weeks as we will be out for a few days.

Thanks so much everyone.

The 180 should have the water heater in the same location as the 179. If you look on the outside of your 180, you should see the outside portion of the water heater behind the drop-down cover. The inside portion is (naturally) in the same location on the inside. It will be under the queen bed. There are two ways of accessing the valves. One is to remove the mattress and remove the bed platform. The other is to crawl under the opening and remove the access panel that is under there behind the furnace. Once you gain access to the space, you will see which valve configuration you have. Adjust the valves appropriately, and it should fix the problem.

I saw an interesting article about another RV where the water was coming out lukewarm even though the water heater appeared to be working. As it turned out, the cutoff on the outside shower head was engaged and the hot and cold water were left on, causing the water to intermix through the faucet valves.

ALL pods have a bypass system and winterization system from the factory. The bypass valves are on the BACK of the WH.. in your case, under the bed.
