Common refrain. Some people will be happy "enough" with a smaller TV. I have yet to hear from someone that thought they went too big.

The more recent 4Runners wouldn't have a problem with it, but I don't know about a 2002. We tow our 179 with a 2012 Highlander V6 and it does great, even in mountains.

Is just purchased my R-pod180 and towed it home with my 2002 V6 4runner. I'm concerned about its performance on mountain terrain and am thinking about getting a Toyota Sequoia V8. Anybody towing their pod with the Sequoia. How does it do on steep grades? Thanks for any input!
