After what seemed like an eternity we finally picked up our 180 yesterday.  We had learned so much from these boards the past few years we knew all the right questions to ask (is it still winterized?  Oh yes do you want us to get it ready for use? Yes, please) and check for everything (we hope).  Drove 10 minutes to a nearby campground and spent the night testing everything.  Everything worked except we could not hitch up in the morning.  Newby mistake trying to lower RV onto hitch ball  with hitch latch not fully open.  A helpful neighbor fixed it while I was on the phone to the dealer.  Amazing only 1 mistake and never had an RV before.  So a big thank you to everyone who takes the time to post here and help us newbies.  Have to go, the neighbors are all standing around the rpod in the driveway, let the tours begin!

Big smile on my face.  Even after 6 years with our 177, it is uncommon for us to camp and NOT give at least 1 tour to a curious passer-by.  We enjoy giving tours, a lot of fun and a good way to get to know fellow campers in the campground.  Glad your shakedown campout went well.

We love our 179 (2016)

We made a curtain that fits over the bed to give us privacy when the Grand kids sleep with us.

My only regret is not having an awning, and the new models have that.

We've taken two little trips since getting ours and get complimentary comments all the time. No tours yet,

Hope you have as much fun as we are.
