What are some of the options for carrying mtn bikes on a pod?  I know the option of removing the spare tire and using a bike rack there, but not interested in that option.  Any others?  Pictures?
Thanks

When we had our '08 Explorer we took off the front wheels of our road bikes and put them in the back, with the 2nd and 3rd row seats folded down.  When we moved to a '13 Explorer it was a bit more difficult to go this route but it is still doable.  Sometimes we just bring them inside our 177 and haul them that way.

Thanks again.  I think we may use our bike rack on the rear of the pod by taking off the spare and hauling it in the truck.

Consider the option of carrying the bikes on a sleeve mounted rack between the Pod and the TV. The Swagman sleeve rack mounts on the ball mount shank and stays connected to the TV when you uncouple. That way the bikes are easily transported after you uncouple and setup camp. Fwunder recently posted pictures. http://www.rpod-owners.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=9619&KW=swagman&PID=90640&title=mount-bike-rack-in-place-of-spare#90640
