I'm in the process of deciding which R-Pod I want, but, one question I cant seem to find an answer for online is: Is the Television 12 volt or 110 volt?

Running it on 12V is easily addressed with a small power inverter. The factory television is rated at 17W. The tricky part is getting 12V to the inverter. Simplest case: you might be able to tap off the antenna booster power to run the inverter.
