1.  We just returned from an overnight local camping trip.  Site we had kept dropping voltage at peak hours.  Luckily the Power Management System did its job and killed all power to RPod.  And this happened repeatedly, not just once.  Advice: Spent the money, get a good Power Management System (like Progressive Industries).  You'll be glad you did.  Power systems in TTs do not react well to over/under voltage.
2.  While wife was showering I saw water just pouring out from underneath the Pod underneath shower.  Pipes were all find but turned out FR used next to no plumbers putty around the shower drain (kitchen sink drain leaked a little too).  Advise: Inspect those drains!  Get a small $4 can (more than you'll ever use) and seal those drains if you even think there may be problem.  I probably put way too much and ain't pretty, but they don't leak any more! Bottom line I guess with any TT is to always keep an eagle's eye on anything water related and be prepared for when leaks happen (and they will).

Having an RV is not a spectator sport.

Get the Power management.  Lots of sketchy power out on the road.
Sorry to her about the leaky shower.  That stinks. Ouch

Keeping up with plumbing is one of the essential TT owner skills.

Sorry to hear of the power issues, glad you had protection. Usually you only see that during peak summer a/c use periods. Did you notify the park?

Yes, when we left I left them know.  It had to be site specific as the two spots on either side were ok.  Actually was a blessing in disguise because had I not been constantly playing with the power supply I probably would not have notice the shower leak.  All in all every turned out well.  Nice to have a park close by for debugging.  Re-winterized using the blow-out technique and she's back in storage for rest of winter.
