Unfortunately, my scam sense was on vacation that day. I think that with the 179, I wound up with something that suits the two of us better than a Casita, Burro, or Scamp would have. My wife and I both like the room of the 179 and the kitchen is what sold us on this model. I understand why some people would rather have the 180 with its larger bath, but we figured the larger kitchen would be of more use to us. So far, it has worked out well. Any of the fiberglass eggs would have been much more cramped with the possible exception of the Scamp 19" fifth wheel model. However, since it does not have a slide-out, even it looked cramped in the floor plan and photos I saw on the Scamp web site.
