We recently purchased a Kia Sorento rated to tow 5,000 lbs.  We  have pretty much decided that an Rpod would be the ideal trailer for us.Dead  When talking to a neighbor about this he mentioned that he has a friend who has one and frequently has to unclog his toilet  drain pipe.  Apparently this model has the toilet on one side of the trailer with the drain valve on the other side, necessitating a drain pipe which traverses the width of the trailer.  Needless to say if this is a common problem I would like to avoid this particular model.  Has anybody else experienced this and if so which model has this particular feature?

It sounds like your friend is not using enough water during the flushes. Cant be shy, have to use a lot of water and you should not have problems. We are on our second rpod and have never had a clog.

All Rpod holding tanks empty from the center. Your friend of a friend doesn't know how to use his toilet. There is nothing special different or custom about the rpods sewer system. It works the same as the systems in 8 million other RVs out there. He is simply not using enough water, common mistake. Most owners only make it once. Some seem to not figure it out.
