We've had our 182G for most of the summer and almost immediately, the garage door began sticking to the rubber seal.  I'm concerned that the seal is going to rip pretty soon and need to be replaced.  I suspect others have had the same issue.  I did lube the seal with Slide Out Rubber Seal treatment but it still sticks after being closed for a few days.  Any suggestions out there to keep the seal from sticking to the fiberglass door?

Thanks!

I think you will get a lot of suggestions to use silicone spray. Silicone works pretty good for me on my cargo bay doors. I apply it a few times during the year.

The old school of thought is to load a sock with talc and pad up and down the seal every so often.

Buy yourself some thing weatherstripping and line the opposite side of your garage clamshell with it.  This will help tremendously with sticking.  Did mine about 3 years ago after completely shredding my first seal on the garage.

New one has been good  ever since.  Keeping both of them cleaned throughout the season helps as well.
