Is the WH bypass valve in this picture set to the correct position for "summertime" or should it be parallel with the blue hose segment?

That is the anti freeze take up hose, and it's in the wrong position for using the fresh water holding tank, I think. If the line it points to goes nowhere, it's wrong. The WH valves are the other 3, and they are set properly for use.
