No problem in the 177. Back storage compartment. Put bikes on back hitch so we had to put spare in dinette area with a couple other items to counter act the weight and eliminate sway.

I put it on the bed in my 171 when traveling.  Sits in the garage for storage.

I have to use the full length storage for my spare because the 183 has a garage. I do like the tube answer.

I store mine in the storage compartment that's accessed from the door side front.

We store our r dome under the dinette seat.  We made a 4" pvc pipe holder for the poles.  It is mounted on the A Frame next to the battery box.  It has screw caps on each end.

Those that use the Dome addition. Where do you stow it during transport? I have a few ideas, but it still just gets stuck in the floor. Ideas?
