Was wondering about slide out maintenance on my Rpod 178.

Anyone have any thoughts on the best method for lubricating the slide out mechanism and gears?

I recently looked at a UTube video from a RV dealer and they suggested spray on lithium grease for slide out and Silicone Spray for the seals.  I bought both at Home Depot for $3.50 per can.  Most of the products you'll see at the RV stores are around $12-15 per can.  Has worked well for me so far.

On the Lippert sofa/over the floor slide there is no recommended lube points and absolutely no grease on the gears. Light oil on annoying squeaky areas at the point of origin is the only lubing recommended.
