Best solution I have seen so far. You should start pumping these out and sell them on Ebay!

So are the brackets one with a break at the lock? So they wrap all the way around?

Thank You 

I did by just bending a 3/4" wide metal  strip and drilling  holes on top for the lock. I just used pipe insulator in front to keep it snug.
