closing in on 178 purchase

   I may manage to get kitchen pass to buy brand new 178 . 

Can you all please list out the things a known issue that dealer needs to address ? 
I sort of read on this forum that there is a known issue that pretty much all owners have . 
I just want to make sure all issues are addressed, so that I don't have to come back to the dealer after I pick up my 178. 

The dealer is not near . It's 1 hour drive. So I want to minimize the trip going to the dealer
