My 179 is tucked safely away and out of reach in a storage building on a farm. I want to purchase a microwave this month and want to make sure that it will fit on the shelf above the refrigerator. Would any of you have the measurements? Thanks in advance.

I have to go out to mine tomorrow to put away some dishes we got for Christmas. I'll see what it is and report back.

Thanks for the help.
I talked to the dealer and they are recommending a Dometic DCMC11BF convection/microwave (1.1 cu ft). They said they have had no problems but the reviews on Amazon are pretty bad. The Amazon price is less than $200 but it may not be a bargain if it doesn't work well. Does anyone have suggestions for convection/microwaves?

Okay, mine has a oven/microwave in that space with a vented bracket that bolts it to the cabinetry. I don't have an accurate depth but it has to be more than 15" deep (measured front of microwave to back and added an inch). It is 22" wide and 15" tall. I have the high point ec028bmr. I am satisfied with it, but it is not very intuitive. It makes brownies and croissants pretty good. And baked potatoes.

We purchased a 2011 RP-177 in August and removed the microwave and are looking to sell it. The opening for the microwave in our trailer is 16-12" tall by 21-3/4" wide. The stock microwave came with a metal lift to raise up the microwave and a plastic trim kit that covers the face of the opening by about an 1". PM me if you would like more information.
