I queried my dealer re installing a window in my door (2015 178) for safety reasons & was informed that my warranty most probably would be null & void should I take such action. I do not understand why the Rpod does not come with a door already installed.

Any one come across this situation to date?

It voids the warranty on the door only, not the R-Pod.  Forest River has approved this mod and know that a lot of us do it.

Travis & Carrie,
Thanks for the info. Will begin to look for a tinted window that has a sreen in it. If anyone has an idea of where to get such an item & a possible lead for an installer.
Thanks again

It's a no-brainer to instal. Find a window that fits, and you like, the door is an inch and a half thick. Layout the spot you want it with tape, drill hole, cut with jigsaw, instal window. Took an hour.

Furpod,
Thanks for the info & the encouragement to install by myself.

There is a better write up over in my mods folder, unfortunately on the other forum.. Page 8.. I really should try to move it all over here, this is a better, and way more active forum.. I just didn't know that when I started..
