HI Joem, we have the 2012, 177rpod. Same as you had never towed anything till we got the pod. When backing up: put your dominate hand at the bottom of the steering wheel, turn the wheel in the direction you want the BACK END of the trailer to go. ONLY WATCH THE BACK OF THE TRAILER and your backer upper helper.   A 1/4 turn of the wheel will start your trailer to go in the direction you want. GO SLOW.... Go to a school yard, parking lot and practise.. We all started somewhere...    We went from a tent to our pod... NICE... And welcome.

Hi to everyone and happy holidays, we bought a 2011 177, we've done tent camping and cabins but wanted to move up, never towed anything in my life so this is different, don't even have a tow vehicle yet, spent the night in it with the furnace on got to 27 last night, can't wait to go somewhere, the dogs definitely like it, any advice would be appreciated. by the way we live in Massachusetts.
