How hot should hot water be.. New 2015 179. Have 6 gal DSI gas/elec. Temp is at best warm to not hot. Looks like book says 110 degree. Dealer says yes 110 and not like at homeOuch

Is it steady at that temp, or does it fluctuate while you are using it? ours gets darn hot. If your winterization valves are set wrong, they will mix hot and cold, and cause issues.

110 is just luke warm, it should get much hotter, like 140 or better. If you just get warm water your bypass valves are probably set wrong. Many units from the factory are set wrong. The center cross valve should be CLOSED and the other two OPEN. Check them and let us know.

Check the bypass valve on the water heater. Ours was set open on the maiden voyage from the dealer so the cold and hot were mixing. Once it was closed we had nice hot water.

yup agree with bypass valve.

on full hot ours will burn ya pretty good.
