I would like to have a good splash guards or durable finish on the walls by the sink and stove. Something easy to clean off when you have splatters when you cook.

Our RP 175 had an Atwood 2 burner stove. If that's the stove they're still installing, they make a nice stove cover with splash sides. It worked great for us. You can find it on Amazon--Atwood 56458. I recently installed another on our new Kodiak, exact same stove and cover as we had on the Pod.

I installed a piece of clear plexiglass as a backsplash.  It was relatively inexpensive and easy

I just put on a piece of laminate matching the countertop on the wall.

If you want something done right, do it yourself.

You also did what I am the process of doing...changing the sink and faucet out. The plexiglas back splash is a good idea.

I put a few of these sticky squares on the wall behind sink and stove...remove backing and just stick to the wall. Other styles available too.

We put a large square of galvanized steel behind our stove and sink. I sprayed a light cream base colour on it and was going to paint it to match the wallpaper exactly but G preferred how the cream colour brightened up the area so I left it.  We put various magnetic spice jars directly on it, plus a locker mirror and a magnetic holder for our Mighty Bright reading light so it can double as a task light when dry camping.

I originally hand wanted to put mirror tiles up on the wall with command strips to visually enhance the space but a test run with a spare mirror from the house just showed  us that all it did was reflect the mess back to us Tongue
