About 70% of list is ballpark, you don't say what that is so no idea if $17500 is good.    Not sure what you mean about no tax,  SC will ding you for sales tax even if you bought it out of state.  They won't register/title it until SC sales tax is paid.  The good news it is capped at $300.

If you do not live in the state where you buy the RV, you will have to pay sales tax once you get back to your "home" state when you register the RV for the title. The sales tax, if not capped, will be based on the price paid for the RV..

It cost me about a grand to get my 177 shipped from Ohio to CT. Get a quote on delivery so you can make a good comparison. Also check on "dealer prep" charges. Couch didn't have any. My local guy wanted another $450. Tax is tax. You'll have to pay it sooner or later so figure that in as well. This sounds close.

Fully aware of the SC tax ..I mentioned the tax and hitch as not being part of the price they gave.
