What do youvdobabout lights when camping in like walmart?   ! O you turn lights on in camper? we are usung V our trucks 12 volt with no problem but can we turn the bathroom fan in or not

If you have LED lights (each 'bulb' has several separate points of light), they pull very little power and are not a big concern at all.

If you have incandescent lights, running three of those could drain a single RV battery in less than 24 hours. If you have these, I would recommend changing them for LED lights. Any RV store can help you do that easily.
