Jensen JE1914 TV Universal Remote - Event Date: 02 Jun 2014

   We have a 2015 RP-172 with the Jensen JE1914 TV and want to use a DISH universal remote (to reduce the obvious number of remotes needed) and cannot find 3 digit codes to work.

The satellite receiver/antenna is the PATHWAY X2 (reasonably new/current to market) and one would think that the dish remote would work?  

DISH customer service could only provide some old codes for different Jensen products.  Jensen, apparently, doesn't answer consumers pleas for help either!

Any input is appreciated.
