Water tank brackets

Shortly after I took deliver of my 2014 R178, I noticed that the metal brackets that secure the water, grey water and black tanks had some screws missing.

It seems each bracket was secured on each side by 2 self tapping screws but there seems to 4 holes on each end of the bracket.  Has anyone noticed this on their Rpod?

I'm trying to decide if this is normal.  If not, I'm contemplating adding addtional screws to secure the brackets to the frame.
