If your RV is a couple of years or more old I suggest to remove the end caps on the bottom part of the trailer. The screws on my pod were almost rusted away. I cleaned it up as best as I could, recaulked and put the caps back with stainless steel screws.

If you want something done right, do it yourself.

They are on the outside bottom corners.
