Found a used 2013 178 model for 13k and was wondering of that seamed like a good price. He said it had the axle risers, micro convection oven, 15k ac with heat strip, bike rack, and two TVs.

Does this sound like a good deal?

Is there anything I should check before making an offer?

I would ask how it was stored what month was it built and purchased. Did the owner have pets or smoke or was it towed on salty roads or kept near the ocean. Then compare the price with other 2013 178's for sale. I do not know what they are selling for and hope I didn't give you to many questions to ask. But they are questions that I would ask.    David

I dunno that is so close the price of a new one. I would find the extra few thousand and just buy it new. That way you have the warranty and everything is fixable.

David has some good questions, also check to see if they made any modifications that could affect any of the warranties.

That is about what I paid for my new 178 last month here in Florida.  It has all the available options except for the bike carrier.

Price varies from area to area due to the cost of transportation from the factory.  For example, the dealers in Florida can not quite match the prices of the dealer in Hamilton, Ohio.  I chose to pay a little more locally than to drive to Ohio and back.  And, the 2013 models did not have the latest innovations like the Crown package.
