Calendar Event: Remove light bulbs Posted: 15 Sep 2013 at 10:43pm |
Bill-Ga I got mine from china also and have 2.5 seasons on them with no problem, they are a little bluer than I care for but I only use them in the bunk areas, the bathroom , the exterior light and both lights over the dinette. I keep the center lights and over the stove incandescent as I think the light is a little brighter and needed for the work area.

I purchased these (from China) about a year ago, and haven't had any problems - been out about 8 weeks ... at $20+ for 10x units you cant beat the price. The large 12x LED is equivalent to the incandescent lamps IMO. The gap in the lamp allows for cooling. Don't get sticky pad version!
Here's a USA(?) version which I think might be better quality at a higher price ... Needs 921 adapters.
**** I just ordered qty 2 from lightmalls as backup .... It ships from CHINA.... Oh well.

All I can say , you get what you pay for. I paid 15$ a piece 3 years ago, have not had any problems.

Where might I find the 921 replacements in LEDs at a reasonable price?

I believe all the pods still use the 921's like yours and mine use. When I replaced mine I had to wiggle them, as you suggested. Bob

I've searched and can't find this. It must be simple but I'm having trouble removing the light bulb from the socket. I've pushed up on the little wedge and tried to pull the bulb out of the surrounding box but it won't pull out. Any suggestions?
