microwave convection cookbook

   I have one really basic question. Do you leave the glass turntable in or take it out when using convection-only mode or grill mode?  It looks like it stays in, but the manual doesn't specify, and I don't want to crack it.

	YRMV but at least the model convection oven we have operates and cooks no differently that our standard oven at home. If anything things seems too cook just a little bit slower in our Pod, but that's only slight differences. If you can cook it at home try it in your Pod. We just make most dishes or casserole type meals in a pyrex 8x8 pan and things turn out very well. Often times we adjust recipes we already use at home and just make them in smaller batches in our oven! Only hard part is remembering how to set the goofy clock each time!

	Has anyone found a good cookbook for the microwave convection oven, This will be my first experience using one.
