Driveway camped last night. The mattress is okay. Better than sleeping on the ground .! Looking forward my EuroTop Mattress. It should arrive just in time for the first trip at the Kentucky Mini Mini Rally at Green River.

It's about 90 miles maybe from the 'ville.  Probably doesn't take us much more than an hour fourty or so to get there.  Always feels like a short drive!

Our 2007 Taco does the job just fine. Averages 15 mpg when towing and 24-26 when not towing.

Hello,

I am Dave and I too just bought a 171 from Blue Dog in PF! I pick it up Monday. I had the same experience with Poulsbo RV in Mt Vernon, didn't want to deal. I then made a tentative offer on one in Boise. I stopped in PF on the way home (I live in Miisoula) and made a very easy deal with Mitch, no pressure and wrote them a check. I think you got a better deal than I did! That's the way it goes I guess. I am going to stay in the PF/Spokane area a couple of nights so if I have any issues, I can get them resolved right away.

Enjoy the podcicle and I will be looking for posts of your adventures!

Dave

I've noticed that a lot of American campers have a flag up when camping. Is there a reason for this or is it just a personal thing? I know when I'm camping I pretty much know which country I'm from! Smile

I flew a flag in front of my house for some years following 911. A few months ago it shredded and I haven't replaced it. I never did fly one camping, but it seemed the least I could do when 911 was so raw. I think for many people it is an expression of patriotism. For those who choose not to it is not the opposite, but just means they choose not to. We all have our ways.
