Thumbs Up  Fun thread guys!

Someone asked about the tires throwing mud up the side of the Pod. They don't. We just drove 15 km of gravel road to get to Birkenhead Lake this weekend and there was no mud on the Pod. We get a little on the front from my truck which we will have to remedy with a better set of mud flaps.

This is our first trailer, and I can't speak for my wife, but I am quite enjoying it. We do a lot of outdoor stuff, kayaking, backpacking, cycling, etc., which up until now has meant many, many nights in tents. The Pod is a great way to extend our season and include the grandkids in the adventures. One of my best adventures was my 3 year old grandson and I spending a weekend in a local RV park where he got to fish, have a camp fire and just hang out with me.

I have to say though, I will not be giving up the tent anytime soon. There is something about being miles away from the nearest road, with nothing but a beach and the Pacific between you and Japan, and the stars your only company that I will never tire of . . . no matter how kick a$$ those tires are! Tongue
