For my 176, I ordered a silver tarp measuring 35 x 30'.   I also ordered 50' length of bungee cord to wrap around and secure this tarp in lieu of individual bungees which iron hooks might mar the surface when wind-whipped.   Q:   By 'wrapping' my little treasure in this fashion, am I also inhibiting crucial air flow?    Or, will cracking my windows (in spite of the wrap) take care of this problem.    You've all been so helpful in the past, I'm hoping for some positive (or negative) input regarding this question.

Thanking you in advance for your opinions,
Confused Clueless Winnie

Those RV covers were built with air-flow in mind, unlike when someone just uses a regular tarp from Home Depot or Lowes.  Crack your window if you'd like.  There's no harm in doing so, although it's not required.  Make sure you use some type of foam (or similar) spacers around the edges where the cover touches against the unit.  You don't want it rubbing scuff marks along those locations.  In addition, make sure you tie it down real good with your rope.  The goal is to keep the cover from blowing/flapping in the wind.  This will create scuff marks in the paint.

I'm sure others will chime in as well.

Not sure if humidity is a problem where you live but I'd suggest keeping some kind of desiccant in the pod to keep moisture down.
