Wouldn't we all!

However, there are a couple of old sayings that come to mind-

1.  Build a new closet and you will immediately find enough stuff to fill it!

2.  A recipe is more likely to be improved by leaving something out rather than adding something
else in!

We have recovered some "hidden" storage under the settee seat by the breaker panel, (see the posts
under "Podmods"), but our greatest gain in storage space has come from finding things we can truly
do without.  A roll of quarters for the washer/dryer takes up much less space than three or four
outfit changes!

I with the others: learn to lean out what you need.  We have gotten more efficient with our packing to make the most of space.  Lots of stuff we started with now stay home and we still have fun.

We have downsized a few times and now we even have some empty space.  If we did not use it out it went.

I have become very efficient with command hooks and the bathroom organizers. I have added them to my mini bathroom and they really help and stick very well...no holes in the wall either. I also remade the storage bins on the walls to be more functional(they sell a plastic mesh in quilting/fabric stores that with a little creativity can make more functional storage. A small cabinet would have been nice over the window at the bottom of the bed.

Have you ever noticed that their stuff is s%#t and your s%#t is stuff? LOL

My often used phrase around here is, "Don't throw that away. It's my stuff!!"

Thanks for the flashback!

fwunder, couldn't stop laughing!!!   as i have posted, just went out for 5 days (obviously a short trip).  unbelievable on clothes (both of us), gear ( 5 days of rain), ect on what was not used, and honestly we definately did not over pack(maybe food!).  alot of gear i do bring is "just in case".  pam still has some hard plates i would like to get rid of!!!!  for clothes, we each get a container thats fits inder the bed area, but it seems i only get half!!  actually there are areas we havent used (under fridge, under bench by electrc panel, under table....  but once you get living it can get clutterd but were getting better!!  i love the dome.  bummer on cards. hogone

I use the microwave to store linen, towels, facecloths. Planning on removing it and putting a cabinet up there.
