Chuck, The dates for the Porkupine Music Festival are 8/23-25. We had a great time last year. A very laid back event as you can come and go as you please. The R-Pod gathering was especially fun visiting with fellow R-Podders. Lots to see in the Porkies. Gonna miss Huron sailor and all his sailing tales. Maybe next year. See you there.

Although I was the unofficial leader of last year's UP roundup, I won't be making the trip this year, so I've kept quiet. Although we love the UP, a big chunk of this year's vacation budget is going to be taken up with a trip to New Orleans this spring.
We met some great folks last year, and hope to return next year. That's one of the problems with these rPod roundups - you always seem to meet nice folks and want to go back to every roundup every year. Wait, that's not really a problem, I guess. So those of you who go this year, we want to see pictures.

We will be there for sure. We are planning a side trip up to Copper Harbor. Lots of country to see over there. Get your spot reserved early as this is a very popular event. See you there.
