We purchased a used 173 from this dealer and were very pleased with their method of dealing with us and their services.  Jeff Zimmerman is the owner and was very patient answering all of our many questions.  We looked at the unit several times-including once in the rain and once arriving almost at closing time-no problem and no rushing.  He explained the features and showed us the accessories  that were available.  He did not pressure us.  He left us with the impression that he was happy to work with us, would help us and would not feel badly if we decided not to buy from him.  We had multiple encounters via telephone and email prior to our purchase. He seemed honest, upfront and straight forward, as well as helpful with advise that checked out to be right on.  When we purchased the unit, there were no additional or unexpected costs or fees.  Everything went smoothly.

After signing the paperwork and taking care of all of the legal issues, we were taken to his nearby service center.  The service center seemed well organized, well stocked and professional.  There, our tow vehicle was wired and weight distribution hitch/sway bars installed while we were given the total tour and instructions for our R Pod.  His service manager, Tom Swink, spent 2 1/2 hours with us . He gave us a complete tour of all of the functions and controls of the R Pod as well as answering hundreds of questions.  He was very knowledgeable and patient.  Their service center also had a number of items that we purchased at reasonable cost (water pressure regulators, wheel chocks, potable water hose, etc)

Overall, I would rate the service from Country Roads as excellent.  I am sure we will return there if we need any service on our R Pod in the future.  I would totally recommend their sales and service staff.

Hello neighbor,

We were this close to driving to the same dealer you bought your pod from, but then found a dealer about an hour from us in Hudson, NC.  I too spoke to Jeff and we traded a few emails and he was very nice.  Glad to hear you had a good purchase experience and hope you enjoy your pod as much as we do ours.  Maybe we will see you out there sometime since we are so close (relatively speaking).

We're headed there tomorrow to look over his 177s... he has 2 remaining. All of his 178s are sold, but he does have one there we can look at and compare.
