I love the curtains. Did you make them? The fabric is wonderful and really matches. How did you hang them?

It all looks wonderful, when is your first trip?

Miss Polly,
I found the curtains on clearance for $15.00 for the pair. I then just shortened them to the length we needed. I then made the bunk curtains out of the left over fabric.

We installed a lightweight, brushed nickel curtain rod to the tent pole brackets with Velcro tabs for easy removal if desired. However, the curtain rod doesn't interfere with the tent poles when in use, so we plan to leave the pole/curtains up. I also made tie backs out of coordinating dark brown fabric.

We plan our first trip very soon...still looking for a reservation in a State Park nearby and haven't quite settled on where we want to go first time out.We are having so much fun just doing the modifications. It reminds me of the endless hours of fun I had as a child playing in my doll house..you are never too old to play!

Very nice!! In the basket storage pix, over the fridge; did you install the rails or were they already there?

Psaman,
The railing was already in...the baskets just fit (from Ikea $3.99). I thought they would be great for veggies and a little fruit.

Awesome mods!

How do you find your Oxygenics shower head?  I just installed ours on the weekend, but its still too cold to dewinterize, so I couldn't give it a go.
