Hello Forum,
We are anxiously waiting for delivery to the dealer of a 2025 R-206. This will be the first travel trailer after 8 years of having a motorhome. The MH was great for traveling (no toad) across the country and into Canada. Now our style will be staying in a campground for several days and tooling around in the truck. The 206 floorplan looks perfect to explore New England. The only drawback I see is the split gray and black outlets for dumping. A hydro-flush on the black should help but it will still take more time at the sani-station.

Welcome and congratulations on your new RPod! I hope you have may fun adventures with it and make many great memories. It sounds like you have lots of experience so the tank situation should not be too much of an issue. The split drains isn't bad. Just remember to keep the black tank valve shut until you have about 2/3 of a tank full. With a good biological tank treatment, you should not need to use the black tank flush too much. I use Happy Camper and it works quite well.
