Welcome Fellow Newbie! We are waiting delivery of our 176T. We looked at the 182 models featured at a local RV show. They are really great too. We love tent camping and liked the option of having a "tent"..so ended up going with the 176T. Sounds like we both found just what we wanted. Hope you enjoy the forum and your Pod.

Today is the day! We drive down to Jaxonville to pick up the new trailer. Going to spend the night at the dealers campground just to ensure all systems are go. We haven't been this excited for something like this in a long time.

I wired in the 7 way connector harness on Tuesday night. Then the brake controller on Wed. night. Both really straightforward jobs. Mopar made a really nice harness and I'm glad I went that way. Fit perfect.

Should be a fun day. Will post pics tomorrow if we have time.

You may have been the person that turned us on to rpods. My wife and I were at Hunting Island last year and were riding our bikes around looking at campers when we ran across an rpod. Do you have a dog you camp with? We may have already met.

We tried to get something at Hanna over Presidents without luck but found a place at Fort Clinch. So we will be just a bit north of you. Look forward to running into you out there!

The R-pod nation site has a lot of info as well. I use both sites. R-pod Nation is having an R-pod round up in June at Kentucky State Horse park. It should be fun everybody needs to check it out. Thanks to everyone for all the welcomes!

It gets cold on occasion here, but lucky for us, no snow! We plan on taking it out over Presidents Day weekend for the inaugural trip.

Welcome!  We signed the papers on our 182G last weekend as it's now sitting in storage as we wait for the 20" of snow to melt and the temperatures to resemble something less arctic like.

The people here are a friendly bunch, and it's a great place to learn.
