Hello wdwrkr,

What year and model? That information might help. Also, define what you mean. Is it binding on one of the corners, along one of the long edges, or somewhere else? One of the causes of finding seems to be by being too aggressive in raising the stabilizers which can warp the frame temporarily and lead to binding. Screws loosening might also be a cause.

We have a 2019 r-pod 180. It's the door latch that is binding.  The two parts, on the door and on the frame, scrape against each other making it difficult to open and close the door.

I would try using a flat file (lightly) to take some of the excess plastic off so the fit is better.  First though check all screws on the door to make sure they are all tight.  Also is there an adjustment you can make on the latch?

Great advice from Jato.

Is your fiction hinge really tight,  I was getting binding on my door and tried all kinds of solutions.  The thing that finally fixed it was lubing the hinge.  Since it has worked perfectly.
