Hello everyone,

Greetings from 2 new Podders in North Carolina!  This is my first post!  I've been visiting this forum since researching the R-Pods.  Well, we took delivery of our very own RP177 today.  Pulled it home around 2pm this afternoon, but then life got in the way so we didn't get to play in it too much.  But tomorrow is Saturday and the weather is going to be great for getting everything arranged in the new Pod.  We traded in our Palomino Pony pop-up so we're well stocked, just have to make a place for everything.  We are thrilled to have one of the 2011 models with the new graphics.  So much nicer, in my opinion, than the original graphics.  Just a bit disappointed that the R-Dome is on back order so it will be a couple of weeks before we get to play with that.

I will get some pics of the new Pod tomorrow and post a few for y'all to see.  The new design isn't even on the Forest River website yet!

Congratulations....@!!!  I am going to look at the 177 on Monday or Tuesday and can't wait to see it.  I a debating between the 171 and 177 and I guess the latter is 4" longer and has the slideout. I look forward to see your photos!

Welcome and have fun with your 177. When you receive your R-Dome take the time to check that all the screws in both of the tracks are down all the way and tight. Also if possible use a Dremel with a small round bit to clean the burrs from the track. It will sure make life easier and the dome goes up in minutes with no fighting.
