I am a rpod 3rd time owner. We have had a 178, a179, and now a rpod 202.we will not own anything else. All new products have ups and downs but qe love the comfort and style. Would recommend highly they stand behind their product. I have talked to the personnel at factory and are always eager to help and nothing but exceptional understanding staff.
