I purchased my New R pod 190 Jan 2021, picked it up in Tampa, towed it to Ft. Lauderdale couldn't wait to use if for the first time, but had not time for the next month.  I stored it in Ft. Lauderdale for 1 month with my new cover.   I pulled my R POD out of storage and towed it a few hours north, set it up and loved my little RPOD 190, easy to tow and operate.  I then opened up my front and rear window blinds, that's one of the reason I purchased this model. Both windows had water condensation between the dual pane glass, you couldn't see out of either one.  The back window had 4 inches of water stuck between the glass.  I called Forest River they told me to take it back to the dealer and make a claim on the manufacture warranty. Forest River also informed me they are 6 weeks behind on windows for that model of R POD. Now it's sitting at the dealer in Tampa waiting for the manufacture to provide the windows.   I am hoping my R POD is ready for the start of spring.   My wife and I have big plans this summer with our new little R POD.

JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE MY STORY!

Sorry to hear about this.  Hopefully your dealer makes good and can remedy this in six weeks as that puts you into the end of April which should still be workable for you to enjoy the spring/summer/fall camping season.

I had a different scenerio last September as our 10 year old Dometic fridge came down with a bad cold - an ammonia leak which rendered it DOA.  Called FR and received a replacement early October, the problem was that the eyebrow around the display panel came delivered in 3 pieces as well as one of the buttons (electric) did not light up even though it was functioning.  After waiting 3 months for the "parts" they decided to send me another whole refrigerator!  I did also get the replacement eyebrow part for the display panel.  So now I have a new replacement refrigerator sitting here.  Thought I had sold it last week but the cost of shipping was more than the prospective buyer wanted to spend.  Still it would have only cost 1/2 the price of a new one.

Please keep us updated on how long this takes to get repaired.  May you have a great summer Dave with your repaired 190.

You are certainly not alone in having problems with insulated dual pane windows in travel trailers. Vibration breaks the seals all the time. Read this:

Dual pane problems

You might want to see if you can just have conventional single pane windows installed as replacements.
